7. Payments and Engagements

Any payment terms, service charges, professional fees or staffing agreements will be governed by the specific arrangement between the concerned parties or by separate LocumNet agreements where applicable.

LocumNet does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or clinical decision-making services. Any clinical care provided by doctors or healthcare professionals remains their independent professional responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

LocumNet is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, staffing decisions, professional conduct, institutional conduct or third-party interactions.

10. Changes to Terms
